We utilize a reliable courier service to deliver all orders directly to your physical address. You’ll receive email notifications with tracking details once your order has been collected by the courier company.

Shipping costs are transparent and straightforward. For orders below R1000, a flat rate of R110 (ZAR) applies. However, orders totaling R1000 or more qualify for complimentary shipping.

Orders placed from Monday to Thursday are dispatched the following day. Orders made on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on the subsequent Monday.

Please ensure that your delivery details, including your physical address and contact number, are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for shipping errors arising from inaccurate information.

Refunds & Returns

Regrettably, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. However, in the unlikely event that your order is lost by the courier company, a full refund will be promptly issued.

Given the nature of our products, our refund policy aligns with our business model. Rest assured, we meticulously package and dispatch all orders to ensure their safe arrival.

We cannot accept responsibility for courier shipping delays or unforeseen events beyond our control.

Refunds processed through our payment processor, Payfast, may take some time to reflect in your account:

  • Credit and cheque card refunds typically take up to 7 and 10 business days, respectively.
  • Instant EFT refunds usually appear in your account within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Refunds requiring your customer’s bank account details for processing are conducted via EFT and may take 2 to 3 business days to reflect.
