Storage & Quality Tips
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep sealed to preserve aroma and flavour.
- Use within 12–18 months for best freshness.
Suggested method for making Lemon Verbena tea:
- Ratio: 1 teaspoon of dried herb. One cup of boiling water.
- Place the herb in a container with a lid.
- Cover the herb with the boiling water. After covering, wait five to ten minutes.
- Strain the tea. If needed, add honey or sugar.
- Consume one cup hot or cold each day (as per advice of the doctor or herbalist).
Precautions
- Lemon Verbena should not be used by women who are pregnant or nursing.
