How to plant the seeds:

Job’s Tears seeds can be sown directly into the ground or started in seedling trays.

For best results, soak seeds overnight in warm water before planting to improve germination.

Sow seeds directly where the plant will grow, as they establish better without disturbance.

Plant seeds 2–3 cm deep in well-draining soil and keep the soil consistently moist during germination.

Water regularly, especially in warm weather, as this plant prefers moisture.

Job’s Tears grows best in rich soil that retains moisture but still drains well.

Kindly note:

All seeds are tested and grown on our property in South Africa. Climate, irrigation patterns, soil conditions, and a host of other variables all affect growth rates and germination times. These factors can have an impact on harvest and growth.

We can therefore not be held accountable for seeds that do not germinate because we have no control over the buyer’s cultivation methods or the environment in which the seeds are planted.
