- Hand-Poured & Sealed: Our products are hand-poured & sealed, kindly treat them with care to preserve their refined finish & delicate features.
- Natural Features: Air bubbles are naturally occurring, so please don’t think of them as flaws but rather as a unique and captivating feature of your hand crafted piece. Slight unevenness in surface area may occur.
- Colours: Please be aware that colour changes may occur due to differences in some phone and computer screens and monitors.
- Humidity recommendations: Our pieces are sealed against light stains & humidity, so please do not place them high humidity environments.
- Gentle cleaning: Do not use abrasive cleansers or scrubbing pads, as they can damage the finish. Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
- Decorative use only: Do not use our pieces with food or as a cutting surface. Kindly reserve it for decorative purposes only.
- Dishwasher safety: Our pieces are NOT dishwasher safe.
